The Fields of the Dead is a mod for Baldur's Gate - Tales of the Sword Coast. It updates and renews the contents of the game and adds its own share of new items, spells, creatures and areas. In both cases, the AD&D 2E books are used for reference. While the core of the game remains the same, expect some of the items, creatures and traps to be relocated and to encounter the new contents in all parts of the game.
